Crash with injuries reported on U.S. Highway 701, causing road closures

LORIS, S.C. – According to WBTW, a crash with injuries occurred on U.S. Highway 701 Wednesday morning, causing road closures.
South Carolina Highway Patrol stated the crash occurred at 9:58 a.m., on U.S. 701 by the SC-9 overpass. Injuries have been reported.
The road in the area was blocked as of Wednesday, as crews worked the scene.
