After spending eight years with large law firms in Georgia and South Carolina, attorney Paul Hammack founded Hammack Law Firm in 2008.

Paul has tried dozens of first-chair cases throughout South Carolina and Georgia, and he maintains an active practice in both states. His experience in the insurance industry gives his clients a unique approach to handling cases. Paul has tried cases for the insurers he now sues, so the insurers know that he is not afraid to file suit and take a case to trial. Insurance industry insight is hard to come by in personal injury litigation. Paul understands that there are two sides to every story, and you need a lawyer who will put your interests above everything else.

While growing up in Southern California (Newport Beach, specifically), Paul developed a special relationship with the Hispanic communities. He believes in the rights of every human being and he works hard to protect them. That is why he has focused part of his practice on minority representation, and he offers Spanish-speaking services to any client who prefers to communicate in Spanish.

He worships in Greenville and volunteers his time with several civic and charitable organizations, including the United Way and the American Red Cross. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Hands On Greenville.

Paul Hammack is actively licensed to practice in all South Carolina and Georgia state courts, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
