Crash Alert: Spartanburg Woman Struck by Train Dies - Call (864) 326 - 3333

SPARTANBURG, SC – The woman who was struck by a train on Sunday in Spartanburg died as a result of her injuries, according to Fox News Carolina.

Lorraine Kay Osteen, 63, was hit by a train a little after 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night near the intersection of Seminole Drive and Sibley Street.

Osteen was transported to a local hospital but her injuries were too severe. She died in the early morning on Tuesday, July 7, according to the  Spartanburg’s Coroner Office.

The accident remains under investigation.
