Crash Alert: Man ejected from vehicle in rollover crash

CHEROKEE COUNTY, SC – A man died after his vehicle rolled over near Gaffney at 2 p.m. Friday, according to WYFF4 News.
Edward Jerome Moore, 57, was driving his 2008 Toyota Scion on South Carolina 105 several miles southeast of Gaffney. He was driving in the northbound lanes when he left the road, he struck a ditch, then hit a utility pole before rolling several times. Moore was ejected as the vehicle rolled.
He was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
Speed is believed to be a factor in the crash but the investigation is still ongoing.
