UPDATE: Woman Charged With DUI After Fatal Wrong-Way Crash In Spartanburg

SPARTANBURG, SC – A woman has been charged with DUI in connection to a previously reported wrong-way crash in Spartanburg.
This is an update to a previous story.
The previously-reported crash occurred last Friday, May 22, around 3:30 a.m. at exit 3 of Interstate 85 Business Loop.
According to WYFF, the accused is Belinda Price, who has been charged with felony DUI leading to death.
At the time of the accident, Price was driving a 2007 Jeep SUV that was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of I-85 BL. She allegedly struck victim Dominique Alexander Lennon, 28, who was driving a 2009 Hyundai, in a head-on collision.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital following the accident.
Lennon died later at the hospital from injuries resulting from the crash.
Authorities also state that Lennon had to be extracted from the vehicle after the accident.
