Police Investigating Crash Near Ocean Bay Elementary | Greenville, SC | (864) 326 - 3333

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. – One person was injured following a crash off International Drive, Myrtle Beach Online reports.

The victim is severely injured, according to Horry County Fire Rescue. Crews held up tarps to block the scene from the public. The victim was carried away on a stretcher.

The crash occurred near Ocean Bay Elementary School shortly before 11:20 a.m.

The crash blocked two lanes of International Drive, causing traffic to back up.

Neither the cause of the accident nor the extent of the injuries have been released. The Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash. Any new information will be updated accordingly.
