Crash Alert: Driver charged with failure-to-yield after three-car crash

EASLEY, SC – A three-vehicle crash occurred Thursday afternoon when a driver failed to yield.
The accident happened on Anderson Highway near McWhorter Road at about 4:30 p.m., according to Fox Carolina.
South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that the driver of a 2014 Ford Flex was turning into the southbound lanes from McWhorter Road but did not stop for a Kenworth Dump truck driving north.
The dump truck collided with the Flex, pushing the vehicle into a 2016 Dodge Ram that was in the southbound lanes.
The driver of the Flex was taken to the hospital along with two passengers, who were children. The injuries were not life-threatening.
The driver of the Flex charged with failure-to-yield.
