MYRTLE BEACH, SC – Two people were injured early Sunday morning in a rollover accident in Myrtle Beach, according to WBTW.

The crash happened around 3 a.m. near 9912 North Kings Highway when a vehicle collided with a utility pole and then flipped. Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening wounds, according to the report.

Authorities advised travelers to avoid the area, as crews working to repair the broken utility pole could possibly slow traffic.

The identity of the victims has not yet been released.
