Pedestrian injured in train accident in N Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC – A pedestrian was gravely injured and taken to the hospital after an accident involving a train last night in Charleston, according to WCSC.
The accident happened just after 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Dutton Avenue and Sumner Avenue, in North Charleston.
The female victim was critically injured when authorities found her.
There are no details available at this time regarding the identity of the victim or the circumstances of the accident.
