A Personal Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victim’s loved ones in this tragic accident.

Due to the weight and height difference between trucks and standard motor vehicles, injuries after a collision are often fatal or extremely severe. Personal injury claims in these cases could include more than one party, like the truck driver, trucking company, and even the manufacturer, since this accident resulted from the broken trailer axle.

The victim’s personal representative could seek compensation for the surviving spouse, children, or parents. The Hammack Law Firm is dedicated to helping surviving family members receive the maximum settlement possible after losing a loved one, including lost income, loss of services, funeral and burial costs, and medical bills.
