Deadly Crash Causes Busy Downtown Streets to Close

The Details:
According to the Greenville Police Department, on the morning of Wednesday, July 20th, two busy streets in downtown Greenville had to be closed due to a fatal car accident.
Reportedly, a driver in a pickup truck traveling on Church Street towards Wade Hampton collided with a Hyundai Sonata driving along East North Street.
The coroner’s office identified the victim of the fatal collision as 25-year-old Marcelo Sanchez Martinez. Authorities say she was not wearing a seatbelt.
