A Personal Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victim’s loved ones in this tragic accident.
As there were two drivers involved in this crash, an investigation will have to determine the degree of fault for both parties. If negligent actions are determined by one or both parties, the victim’s family could be eligible to collect damages as a result. When an accident involves more than one party, filing a wrongful death claim can be even more complex—that’s why we recommend hiring an experienced personal injury lawyer. At Hammack Law Firm, we believe you need the maximum compensation for the loss of your loved one after a crash. Our team is experienced in forming an investigation, negotiating with the other party’s lawyers or insurance, and winning at trial. Whether you have questions or are ready to take action, we want to serve you!
