A Personal Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim, and we wish a smooth recovery for all of those involved in the collision.

It’s a terrifying thing to have the negligence of one driver affect the health and safety of your family and friends. But as a passenger, it’s important to know that you also have an equal right to compensation for your car accident injuries.

If you were the passenger in an automobile accident, you have the ability to file a claim to collect damages for things such as medical bills, emotional harm, lost wages, and more. Depending on the circumstances of the accident, a passenger can typically recover funds from various sources, including the driver who caused the collision, the driver of the vehicle they were in (if they caused the accident), and even their own motorist coverage if the person responsible for the accident doesn’t possess liability insurance.

An automobile accident is scary enough—and you shouldn’t have to wade through the devastating aftermath alone. Let us help you navigate through this difficult time and help you receive the full benefits you’re entitled to.
