A Personal Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Our hearts go out to the injured pedestrian, and we’re extremely thankful they survived this horrible incident. Unfortunately, many pedestrian accidents are fatal or leave victims with severe and life-altering injuries.

If you’re a pedestrian and you don’t have liability insurance to cover the damages caused by a hit-and-run pedestrian accident, figuring out the worth of your case can be difficult. Working with an experienced attorney who can help you understand your rights and options when filing an injury claim in South Carolina is essential. A knowledgeable lawyer can also evaluate your case and provide guidance on the compensation you could potentially receive.
