The Details:
A driver who was killed in a crash in Union County, South Carolina, has just been identified by The Union County Coroner’s Office.

A Personal Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Charles Jeter, and our continued prayers are with the passenger that was injured as well. It is never easy to learn of another tragic death that could have been avoided by safe driving practices.
As the driver of the Chevy pickup has been charged, fault in this case has already been established. As a result, the victim’s family would have a strong foundation to file a wrongful death suit. A lawyer can file on behalf of the victim’s family so that they receive the full compensation they are owed.
