About Anslee Woznick
Anslee Woznick began her journey at the Hammack Law Firm as a Law Clerk in May 2023 before officially joining the firm as an Associate Attorney in September 2025.
Anslee focuses her practice on personal injury law, advocating for individuals during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. A former competitive athlete, she brings a relentless work ethic and competitive edge to every case she handles—an approach that reflects her unwavering commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Anslee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina in 2022, followed by her Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 2025. Her academic background in public health provides a unique perspective on injury-related cases, allowing her to better understand the medical, physical, and long-term impacts her clients face.
As a former basketball player, Anslee thrives in high-pressure environments and does not shy away from competition—she actively seeks it out. This competitive mindset translates directly into her legal practice, where she is known for her tenacity, strategic advocacy, and refusal to back down when her clients’ interests are on the line.
Originally from Richmond, Kentucky, Anslee has called South Carolina home since 2016. She met her husband, a Greenville native, during her freshman year of college, and after completing law school, the two made Greenville their permanent home with their dogs, Molly and Palmer.
Outside of the office, Anslee enjoys staying active through Orangetheory, hiking, and regular gym workouts. She also loves traveling, tackling DIY projects, and spending fall Saturdays cheering on Gamecock football, followed by winters filled with the excitement of Duke Blue Devils men’s basketball.
Anslee is actively licensed to practice in all South Carolina state courts and is currently a member of the following:
