    PICKENS COUNTY, SC – A man from England drowned Friday in Lake Keowee while visiting friends in the Cliffs, according to WSPA.

    The victim is 24-year-old Derrick Andrew Otin, who drowned near a boat ramp in Lake Keowee around 5:40 p.m.

    There is no information available as to what led to the accident.

    The accident remains under investigation at this time.
